- Hello!! I came from Kuantan, the state capital of Pahang, Malaysia. I'm on blogger since 2006. I took up running since 2005. I believe running can keep me healthy in mind and body, and provides a balance to my lifestyle. I feel more energetic when I run. Alhamdulillah, through scheduled training and joining as a runner in Marathons and short/long distance competitions, I can run now, much more faster than before. And more important, through running, I can maintain my ideal weight and release my stress due to heavy work-load. In this web blog, I took my own initiative to publish all my running certificates, medals and trophies since joining in this healthy activity. Hopefully, it will be a source of inspiration to me and to you as well, Insya'Allah.
